OUR SERVICES

Will Power Coaching is a series of 3 coaching sessions (in-home or virtual) to help your teen disconnect from a screen-only lifestyle. They can reconnect with their world, build real life skills, strengthen social confidence, and boost self-esteem.
1 DAY, 1 SKILL
Learn a New Skill in 1 Day
How It Works
Consultation - A coach meets with you, the parent, to discuss the adolescent and coaching structure.
Preliminary Survey (email) - A curated list of questions is emailed to your family to begin a dialogue around habits and goals.
Meeting One - Coach and youth share in introductory games. From there, we probe the issue they are facing. We develop an exploration plan to discover a new activity and develop actionable tasks for purposeful practice.
Follow Up Survey (email)- Feedback offered and requested.
Packages start at $145 for a 90 minute session, live or virtual.
